Please take the time to read the following important delivery information and restrictions to our service, it will enable you to understand all the options available and quickly select the correct delivery method to suit.

Track your Order

We offer a fully integrated Track and Trace facility that connects to the Royal Mail, UKmail and Interlink Express websites allowing you to easily check on the progress of your order from dispatch through to delivery.

Leave safe or with a Neighbour

Due to the perishable nature of mistletoe & holly all our deliveries are sent with instructions to leave safe or with a neighbour if no-one is in. If this is not acceptable and you either prefer a signed for delivery or have additional instructions, please inform us via the “Additional Comment” text box provided when you place your order.

Non Delivery Areas

Due to the time constraints involved with the delivery of mistletoe & holly, we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:

Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands

Due to limitations imposed by our Couriers, we only offer a 2-day delivery service to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. We will try our best to have your order delivered as close to your chosen delivery date as possible, but can't guarantee it, and your delivery may arrive 2 days either side of your chosen date.

Delivery Selection

If the delivery method selected on your order doesn't match the delivery address we reserve the right to either contact you for additional payment, or send your order using the most appropriate delivery method available to us at the time or cancel the order.
