What happens if the recipient isn't in?

When placing your order you are giving us permission to leave your order safe or with a neighbour, however it must be noted that this will only be possible if the delivery driver deems it safe or can find an immediate neighbour, If not your order will be taken back to the depot. Please note that no refunds for non delivery will be made for any orders where we have proof of delivery to a neighbour of leave safe location.

If Something Goes Wrong

We trust you'll be 100% satisfied with your order, however, if there's anything you're not happy with, or you have changed your mind about anything you've ordered for any reason whatsoever in 7 working days of receiving it then please get in touch and we will put into action a fair, confidential and effective complaint procedure where any queries relating to damage or non delivery will be given particular urgency.
